    1. Hi, Please note that we have given letter format here in general and for students. If you want to write officially, you can use our letter format too. But you need to change few things in from and to. And some parts of letter body.

  2. Please re-check there is a grammatical mistake.”As I am suffering with viral fever I will not be attend the classes for next 4 days.” Instead, it should be “As I am suffering with viral fever I will not be attending/ will not be able to attend the classes for next 4 days.”

    1. It should be something like this “I will not be able to attend the duty for next 5 days”. This would be better,

    I am not feeling well and I am suffering from a fiver (Sun Stroke) for the last 2 days, today I consulted the doctor, he suggested me take 3 days bed rest, I take leave 3 days from 4 July 2019 to 6 July 2019, kindly grant my permission.
