Comparing Numbers

Last Updated on January 8, 2024

Students will use the symbols “greater than” (>), “less than” (<), or “equal to” (=) to compare numbers. They are familiar with the concept that 1 is less than 2. Therefore, if a symbol needs to be inserted between 1 and 2, it will be in the form of 1 < 2, indicating the “less than” relationship. These comparisons will be utilized within the school setting.  Additionally, we are adding ordering number worksheets too.
