Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to convey my discontent and complaints about our experience at your restaurant.

We, a group of six people booked a table at your restaurant yesterday at 8 pm. But when we arrived no tables were free and we had to wait for 45 minutes before getting settled. The staffs at your restaurant were polite but failed to attend to our needs with compliance. We had to call out for the waiter several times between the meals to order a food. Moreover, out of the 12 dishes mentioned for the platter, only 5 were available. The fish, in particular, was awful to taste, and when we informed it to the waiter, he paid no heed to it. The quality of juices served were very poor.

I am writing to you because we have been a regular guest to your restaurant and this is the first time, we are facing this problem. I wish you figure out where your management and chef went wrong at providing the regular quality food. I want you to take my points as feedback and try to improve the quality of your service.
