Dear sir/madam,

It is with heavy heart am writing this letter to you, soon after hearing the demise of your loving sister. She was one of the kindest women I have known. It was unfortunate for your family to undergo such a huge loss. As we know how strong your family bonding was with your sister and I wish everything will be back on track sooner. Accept my deepest condolences on your personal loss.

I hope you do not lose your faith in time as the greatest healer. Believe in yourself and support your family as they go through the same feeling of loss. I will come to see you as soon as I am back in the country. If there is anything that I can do for you, whether it is financial or emotional, do not hesitate to call me back.

I wish you all the best to recover soon from the sad occasion. Convey my condolences to your family as well.

Yours truly,
