Working Towards a Clean Environment

Our Earth is a beautiful place to live and we humans have somehow made it a danger zone by now through many activities like:

  • Cutting Down Trees
  • Over using Natural Resources
  • Polluting the Environment

Not only the above, there are many other sources of actions that have affected or damaged Mother Nature so badly. If things continue in the same way, there would occur disasters that might put a full stop to life on Earth. Now, it is the role of every individual who lives on Earth to involve in adapting the changes that would protect the environment from any further exploitation. The discussions on issues that are prevailing are many. But here let us discuss the Do’s and Dont’s so that we can make our world a better place to live in:

Do’s

  • Save Trees as much as possible and plant a tree every year
  • Try to minimize the usage of timber
  • Recycle whatever that can be recycled; let not any waste make land or water a polluted place to live in
  • Go for Fuel efficient Vehicles
  • Prefer cycle for two wheeler
  • Save Rain Water. Implement Rain Water Harvest in your home or locality
  • Water the plants or trees you grow/ those that are in your locality. A tree you save means a resource you preserve for future
  • Save electricity. Use Energy Efficient equioments at home/office/school
  • Use products that are packed with recyclable and biodegradable packages
  • Use water keeping its high necessity in mind
  • Help  or Maintain a park near your place; this leads to increased number of trees
  • Create awareness on Environmental issues, deforestation, mining and conservation of nature. Many people do not realize the importance of natural resources. So, educate such people
  • Support Anti-pollution campaigns

Dont’s

  • Do not support cutting down of trees. Fight against people who cut down trees unnecessarily. It is a violation; so it is not wrong to question it
  • Do not use products, cosmetics and clothes made out of animal furs, parts or skin
  • Do not litter in places that are not meant for wastes and left overs. Do not make the land and water polluted by doing so.
  • Do not use insecticides and pesticides that are harmful to life
  • Do not use chemical fertilizers in the place of natural fertilizers
  • Do not contaminate river water or sea water
  • Do not waste food, water, fuel, resources or electricity. What you waste today might mean a lot to someone else in future.
  • Do not support or perform any act that disturbs ecological balance. Remember you are a part of it and finally it is you who is going to be impacted by anything good or bad you do to the environment.
