What is on the sheet
- 27 numbered student rows on US Letter, 26 on A4.
- 23 day columns, with a light band ruled between each week so your eye does not slip a column.
- Two totals columns on the right, for present and absent.
- Class, teacher and month written at the top.
How to use it
Mark each day with P, A, L or E — present, absent, late, excused — and add up the two right-hand columns at the end of the month. The legend is printed on the sheet, so a substitute or a parent helper can fill it in without being told how.
The day columns are left blank rather than dated, which is what makes one photocopy last the year. Write the dates in the first row if you want them.
