How to use it
Write one goal to a row in plain words the child can read, then tick, star or sticker each day it is met. Eight is the ceiling on purpose: a chart with twenty rows is a chart nobody fills in past Tuesday, and the boxes here are sized for a sticker rather than a tick.
Agree what the week adds up to before it starts, not after.
